Feline Good// Cat’s Purr-fect Meditation Sanctuary

Our Cats deserve a purr-fect sunny meditation space elevated enough to connect to their highest self.

Flowers, candles, ostrich feathers, crystals and images of divine cat gods and goddesses may fill their sacred space. Especially Bastet cause she's cool as a cat.

And Saint Gertrude of Nivelles, the patron saint of cats.

Each cat has a different meditation technique that works for their particular lineage and constitution.

Reason looks inwardly at the tip of his nose and outwardly at the flowers. He breathes down and out into his belly with each inhale and up and in with each exhale.

Logic rolls his outer eyes up toward his inner eye and adds an inner mantra.

Sometimes his inner voice repeats Sat Nam. Other times he works on prosperity for Cat Nip or Chipotle with the Mantra Victory.  Even saying to himself Breathing In, Breathing out works to sync up with his deep, long breath.

Logic often chants his mantras out loud like Me-Ow for when he feels he is not connected to the Infinite.

Aristotle tunes in by turning his back on the puja. He connects to the Divine from his universal back body. Humming or purring help him settle down before deeply breathing into his belly.

Resting integrates all the logic or reason or philosophy they received from their intuitive breath practice.

I wonder if meditation extends their lifespans by a factor of nine.
